Facility and room were clean. Easy access off and on highway.
Staff did not make a good first impression. Were not dressed in a professional manner nor did they act very professional. No elevator if you have any difficulty with stairs it would not be a good place to stay.

A good breakfast.
Reserved a two-queen bed room and because they were fully booked, when we arrived we had a king. This is normally fine except we had a 10-year old grandson with us who had to sleep on a rollaway in front of the A/C blowing on him all night. He was freezing and my husband was too warm. This was really no fault of theirs but all three of us would have been more comfortable in the two-bed room I requested.

The comfort of the bed stood out . The bathroom was cramped with inadequate lighting, and the presence of strong air fresheners was overwhelming. The breakfast options felt lacking, especially compared to other places offering hot meals. The experience was marred further by a broken toilet seat and overall maintenance concerns, such as a worn-out shower curtain.

They had a nice complete breakfast buffet starting at 5 am.

The hotel was clean, AC was cold, and the hot water was as expected.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was bare minimum, lacking variety. The outdoor lighting for the large sign was not functional. Several parking lot lights were out, contributing to the overall lack of ambiance.

Rooms were clean and the fact facility was pet friendly.
We did not like the smell of the "feed cattle" that were somewhere in the vicinity.

Front desk staff was very nice. A clean stay.
The pool. I tried it out as soon as it opened. I was enjoying it a little before a large group of women with numerous kids showed up and took over like a swarm of bees. The women had coolers with beer. They were in the pool area all day and into the night. I would have liked to relax and use the hot tub without the circus.
